The main activity of the Company is the operation and management of the Louis Nausicaa Beach hotel in Protaras, Paralimni, in Famagusta district.
The Company is also engaged in the land development and the construction of houses and apartments for sale.
Nausicaa Estates Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in Cyprus on the 20th of October 1976 as a private limited liability company under the provisions of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113.
Its registered office is at 11 Limassol Avenue, 2112, Nicosia Cyprus.
